Aryna Sabalenka

Her birthplace is Minsk which is located in Belarus. She was the daughter of Sergey (d. 2019.) was an ice hockey player. Aryna Sabalenka was born in Minsk on May 5, 1998. In her career she has had 12 WTA singles titles including the Grand Slam at the 2023 Australian Open. The doubles play she plays is superb and she has also won Majors in both the US Open (2019) and Australian Open (2021), both in partnership with Elisemertens. Together with the Belgian tennis champion, the Belgian also won an award called the WTA 1000 in Indian Wells as well as Miami in 2019, thus completing her the Sunshine Double. Only four teams of women's doubles to pull off. The world's singles ranking rose up to the top spot in January 2023. As a doubles player, she was able to propel herself up to first place during February of that same year after the victory in Melbourne becoming thus the second tennis player from Belarus to make it in the sport of doubles. Dmitry Tursunov, a former Russian tennis star, coached her during the 2018 season until the conclusion and this season in 2020. Dieter Kindlmann also served as her coach for short periods from August to September of 2020. As of the year 2020's end, she's been coaching by her countryman Antonio Dubrov. Serena Williams and Maria Sharapova were her heroes.
